If you find something better, switch. I'm going to be recommending a few atypical tools here, but don't worry about it; you're smart. You can extrapolate what I'm talking about doing to your favorite tool, or use it to choose some other tool you like better. What's important is that you get tools that make it easy for you and your coworkers to get your job done easily and right.
